JESUITS MAKE THE “CATHOLIC CASE” FOR COMMUNISM
Chris discusses a new development at the Jesuit’s publication, known as America: The Jesuit Review. After decades of supposedly opposing Communism, the publication has now finally published an article in support of it. This is not a terribly great surprise for those who know the history of the order, since it was a Jesuit who developed the term “social justice” back in 1843, and another Jesuit who worked with Karl Marx later in the 19th century. But why is the order now openly promoting Communism in their influential publication?
