Chris discusses a new story about a proposed law in the United Kingdom that is said to be aimed at those who insult the Islamic religion (or transgenders) on the Internet. The draft law in the UK seems to follow a pattern already established in Canada with M-103 that condemns “Islamophobia,” while in the United States, the Democrats proposed similar legislation in 2015 with H.R. 569. While Canada and the U.S. have not yet proposed prison sentences for insulting Islam, the anti-Christian politics of the left appears to be moving steadily in that direction.
