Cheryl Sullenger informed listeners that the defense attorney for abortionist Kermit Gosnell asked Judge Jeffrey Minehart to basically dismiss the entire case. While he didn't do that he did dismiss nine charges against Gosnell (out of almost 400) including 3 counts of murder, 1 count of infanticide and 5 counts of abuse of a corpse.
