America has a new top spy, the Honorable John Ratcliffe, who was recently appointed as Director of National Intelligence (DNI) to run the 17 intelligence agencies comprising the U.S. intelligence community.  I am publishing an Open Letter To DNI Ratcliffe urging him to reform the intelligence community by purging all intelligence leaders, managers, and analysts who had anything to do with the attempted coup d’etat against President Trump; to abolish the DNI and ODNI which have failed to improve U.S. intelligence performance and made matters worse; and to reform the analytical culture of the intelligence community that tends toward “groupthink” and Leftward bias because of 8 years of corruption by the Obama Administration.  On the rioting now ongoing over the murder by police of Mr. George Floyd, people are angry about the recent vast expansion of government power over the pandemic that tramples on economic freedom and civil liberties, angry about the double-standard of justice for elites and Everyman, and are saying: “Don’t Tread On Me!”
