We have a no refund policy due to the processing fees, packing and shipping fees and cost of mail room personnel to pack up product. We will gladly exchange any defective DVDs or thumb-drives if you e-mail us at [email protected]. Always include the e-mail address you used to order a product or set up your Situation Room membership. This is how we look up your account.
If you desire to cancel your membership to the Situation Room, please look under re-occurring payments in Paypal and turn off those payments there. We cannot do this for you as we do not have access to your Paypal account.
