While the election of the president is the primary focal point concerning tomorrow’s election, other key elections and decisions cannot be ignored. For example, eligible citizens will also be faced with the decision to vote for:

…all 435 members of the U.S. House of Representatives.

…one third of the U.S. Senate.

…governorships in Delaware, New Hampshire, Vermont, Indiana, Missouri, North
Dakota, North Carolina, Montana, Utah, West Virginia and Washington.

…marriage in Minnesota, Washington, Maryland and Maine.

…gambling and its expansion in Maryland, Oregon, Ohio and Rhode Island.

…physician assisted suicide in Massachusetts.

…legalizing the recreational use of marijuana in Colorado, Washington and Oregon.

…medical use of marijuana in Massachusetts and Arkansas.

…scaling back in the use of marijuana for medical purposes in Montana.

…propositions to prevent people from being required to obtain health insurance in
Alabama, Florida, Montana and Wyoming.

…special rights to homosexuals, lesbians, bisexuals and transgenders in Kansas.

Also mentioned was e-mail and fax voting in New Jersey for those displaced by super storm Sandy. They are also using military trucks as polling places.

With all this in mind, Vic asked listeners who they would be voting for in the presidential election and the main factor that is determining that vote.
