Where There Is No Vision, Part 2 - Proverbs 28:18 says that where there is no vision, the people perish. Sadly, however, many in the church have read their own interpretation into this verse, and have led their churches into a pragmatic approach to the work of the church that has brought weak faith and shallow doctrine.
