Steve Herzig, the National Director of Friends of Israel will join Jimmy DeYoung at the Broadcast Table to discuss the Jewish Holy-day of Purim. Purim is not one of the seven feast days that were feast days which God gave the Jewish people to observe on an annual basis. However, Purim is to be observed on an annual basis to remind the Jewish people of how a Jewish Queen was married to a Gentile King, as recorded in the OT book of Esther. Jimmy and Steve will discuss how Haman developed a plan to kill all Jews in the world back 2500 years ago; how Esther was there for "such a time as..."; and she decided, "if she was to perish, she would perish', but must rise up to save her people; and how if it were not for Esther, there would never have been a Jesus.
