Police moved in on the UCLA campus Thursday morning and made over 200 arrests to clear the Gaza camp protest. This occurred after authorities warned that the encampment was unlawful and that everyone must leave the area.

Police took control of the whole at around 8:30 am eastern time, per Anthony Cabassa's reporting from the university.

An independent journalist is reporting on Twitter/X that they have uncovered the organizational structure of the anti-Israel, pro-Hamas protests that have taken over U.S. college campuses.

Patrick Webb began circulating a spreadsheet on X May 1 that allegedly shows the whole protest movement, complete with tent encampments and staged sit-ins, was planned back in November 2023.

Webb provided a list of 136 U.S. colleges and universities that were allegedly going to be activated, along with several overseas campuses.

Webb’s spreadsheet contains a mention of a group called Kibbutz Blinken, which had set up an encampment in front of Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s home in McLean, Virginia, back in January of this year, as documented by The National in a February 11, 2024 article.

Webb cited an “LA source familiar with local organizers” for helping him uncover the information.

Webb said “Funds for ‘encampments’ are being routed through Venmo (mostly) and CashApp. Protesters are advised to avoid mentioning ‘Palestine, Gaza, [and] related emojis in the payment’ due to potential censorship.”

He says the group responsible for coordinating funding appears to be a far-left organization called Students for a Democratic Society, or New Students for a Democratic Society, founded in 2006 and modeled after the original SDS radicalized student movement founded in 1960.

The organizers also reportedly completed a fundraiser on April 30 to bail out those who would get arrested and pay for their legal fees.

Peggy Dodson, president and CEO of Urban Broadcasting Company, said this is basically the same playbook used in the summer of 2020 leading up to the previous presidential election, adding that this “is election interference. The New York Post reports that a group of patriotic frat brothers at the University of North Carolina are being rewarded for protecting the Stars and Stripes from an anti-Israel mob bent on hoisting the Palestinian colors.

A GoFundMe page set up for the Pi Kappa Phi members has raised more than $122,000 as of Wednesday afternoon for the students’ heroic stand at the UNC-Chapel Hill campus — “to throw this frat the party they deserve,” the fundraising site said.

The organizers wrote:

“Commie losers across the country have invaded college campuses to make dumb demands of weak university administrators. But amidst the chaos, the screaming, the antisemitism, the hatred of faith and flag, stood a platoon of American heroes.”

Victims of the October 7, 2023 Hamas terror attack on Israel are filing suit against several U.S. groups they claim have been collaborating with Hamas and promoting the terrorist organization's propaganda inside the U.S.

According to a news release, Greenberg Traurig, LLP, the National Jewish Advocacy Center, the Schoen Law Firm, and the Holtzman Vogel law firm “filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern Division of Virginia, Alexandria Division, against AJP Educational Foundation Inc. a/k/a American Muslims for Palestine (AMP) and National Students for Justice in Palestine (NSJP).”

The lawsuit “seeks compensatory damages for nine American and Israeli victims of the attack in which Hamas killed 1,200 people and took 240 people hostage, alleges that AMP and NSJP work in the United States as collaborators and propagandists for Hamas.”

Hamas is a designated foreign terrorist organization, according to the U.S. State Department.

John Solomon at Just the News is reporting that Rep. John Brecheen says Congress will vote on a bill next week that will pull federal funding from universities that in recent weeks have failed to protect students on their campuses against antisemitic protestors violence.  

Brecheen, a key member of the House Budget Committee, says that by Congress acting, it will send a very clear message to universities that “if you're going to continue insanity, goodbye federal programming dollars.”

A former quality auditor at Boeing supplier Spirit AeroSystems who was among the first whistleblowers to allege Spirit leadership had ignored manufacturing defects on the Boeing 737 MAX died Tuesday.

Joshua Dean lost his life after a struggle with a sudden, fast-spreading infection, the Seattle Times reports.

He was age 45 and reportedly in good health before his sudden demise after a two-week fight for his life in the hospital.

The Times report details Dean’s role in the allegations against Boeing:

Dean had given a deposition in a Spirit shareholder lawsuit and also filed a complaint with the Federal Aviation Administration alleging “serious and gross misconduct by senior quality management of the 737 production line” at Spirit.

Spirit fired Dean in April 2023, and he had filed a complaint with the Department of Labor alleging his termination was in retaliation for raising concerns related to aviation safety.

Dean told U.S. outlet NPR in February he believed he had been fired to send a message to others thinking of speaking out.

“If you are too loud, we will silence you,” he was quoted as saying.

Dean was represented by a law firm in South Carolina that also represented Boeing whistleblower John “Mitch” Barnett, the Times report says.

The 62-year-old Barnett was found dead in an apparent suicide in March.

Ken Silva at Headline USA reports that the much-anticipated appeal hearing was held Thursday for Barry Croft and Adam Fox, the alleged “ringleaders” of the 2020 militia conspiracy to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer.

Croft and Fox were convicted of plotting to kidnap Whitmer after their second trial in late 2022. At their first trial earlier that year, a jury acquitted two other men while failing to reach a verdict for Croft and Fox.

The two men appealed their convictions on multiple grounds. Thursday’s hearing focused largely on the conduct of FBI informants and their handling agents.

Croft’s attorney, Timothy Sweeney, argued that his client should get a retrial because he wasn’t allowed to introduce numerous text messages that showed improper conduct by the FBI.

Those text messages showed how FBI informants were pressuring Fox and Croft to formulate a plan against Whitmer.

Representing the government, Assistant U.S. Attorney Nils Kessler argued that the FBI text messages were irrelevant because Fox and Croft were already predisposed to committing an act of terrorism.

The appeals justices expressed skepticism about Kessler’s argument. One justice disagreed with the prosecutor’s reading of the law.

“They’re saying the jury didn’t see all the pressure, all the government informants pounding on them. Surely that’s relevant?” the justice asked Kessler, to which he responded: “Theoretically, yes, but they don’t identify any statements where an informant actually put that kind of pressure to go kidnap the governor.”

The justices then identified several statements where informants pressured the defendants to move forward with a plot against Whitmer.

For example, FBI informant Steve Robeson said in August 2020: “If we don’t talk about actually doing what the (expletive) we need to be doing, I’m done with meetings.”

Drovers reports that the first bill banning lab-grown meat was signed into law by Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida on May 1st.

Senate Bill 1084 prohibits the manufacture for sale, the sale, holding or offering for sale, or distribution of any cultivated-meat product in the state.

In a press conference in Hardee County, which is one of the top-five cattle-producing counties in the state, the Governor spoke about the importance of supporting rural economies and agriculture.

DeSantis said:

“We’re fighting back against an ideology that ultimately wants to eliminate meat production in the U.S. and around the globe. In the state of Florida, we’ve put down the marker very clearly; we stand with agriculture. We stand with the cattle ranchers. We stand with our farmers because we understand it's important for the backbone of the state. It's important for our culture. It's important for our heritage so the bill that I'm going to sign today is going to say basically take your fake, lab-grown meat elsewhere. We're not doing that in the state of Florida.”

Joining the Governor during the conference were Wilton Simpson, commissioner of agriculture; Dale Carlton, president-elect of the Florida Cattlemen’s Association; Pat Durden, president of the Florida Cattlemen’s Association; and Sen. Jay Collins who worked on the bill.

In his remarks, Simpson said that food security is national security.

“It doesn’t always rise to the height of national security, but think about if there were no groceries just for one week in the grocery store, you would have total chaos in this country, and if that's not national security, I don't know what it is,” he said. “We get up every day thinking how can we have the most safe, affordable, abundant food anywhere in the world, and Florida is going to do its share of growing that product. We work hard every day to give our farmers the tools they need to accomplish these things.”

James O’Keefe’s O’Keefe Media Group has released explosive undercover footage that shows a CIA contractor discussing how intelligence agencies conspired to withhold information from then-President Donald Trump.

O’Keefe said last week:

“I have evidence that exposes the CIA, and it’s on camera. I am working on releasing a story that I believe is the most important of my entire career.”

O’Keefe Media Group on Wednesday released part one: A project manager working in cyber operations told OMG’s undercover journalist that the Director of the CIA would keep information from Trump.

The contractor, a program manager in Cyber Operations with a top-secret clearance, is heard in the video alleging that senior officials, including former CIA Directors Gina Haspel and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, made concerted efforts to keep sensitive information from President Trump, labeling him a “Russian asset.”

The contractor is recorded saying, “The executive staff, we’re talking about the director and his subordinates…kept information from him [Trump] because we knew he’d (expletive) disclose it.”

The video further alleges that the intelligence community used FISA warrants to spy on Trump and his team and that this surveillance has continued post-presidency. “We monitor everything,” the contractor claims in the recording.

LifeSite News reports that just days after describing Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s views on vaccines as being “fake,” former President Donald Trump has again praised his controversial and heavily criticized Operation Warp Speed.

Trump declared in an extensive interview with Time magazine last month, stating:

“I did a phenomenal job … I have a very important Democrat friend, who probably votes for me … he said Operation Warp Speed was one of the greatest achievements in the history of government.”

The interview was released in print form on April 30. Trump discussed everything from abortion and law enforcement to foreign policy and a potential second term.

The last three questions Time asked Trump dealt with his handling of COVID-19. And Trump repeated what he has been saying ever since leaving office, stating:

“I energized the country like nobody’s ever energized our country. The Democrats love the vaccine … only reason I don’t take credit for it. The Republicans, in many cases, don’t, although many of them got it.”

As previously reported by LifeSite, Trump has notoriously refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing on his part with the rollout of the abortion-tainted injection, which he has repeatedly defended, frustrating many of his most ardent supporters.

Ammoland.com reports that Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, along with several other state attorneys and gun rights advocates, has announced a Second Amendment lawsuit against the Biden administration.

The legal challenge targets what Paxton describes as an “unlawful ban” on private firearms sales imposed by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

During a news conference this week, Paxton, joined by Kansas Attorney General Chris Kobach and representatives from Gun Owners of America, expressed their concerns over the new ATF rule that redefines the statutory terms related to firearm sales. This rule, according to Paxton, could potentially criminalize hundreds of thousands of law-abiding Americans who engage in private firearm transactions.

“The Biden administration is weaponizing the federal bureaucracy against our constitutional rights,” Paxton stated, emphasizing the perceived overreach of the federal government in matters traditionally reserved for individual states and citizens.

This lawsuit is not an isolated event but part of a broader trend where state officials are increasingly confronting federal authority over gun laws.

The coalition of plaintiffs in this case, including Louisiana, Missouri, and Utah, argues that the ATF’s redefinition efforts circumvent the legislative process and infringe upon the rights protected by the U.S. Constitution.

Time now for our nightly Worldview Report commentary.

Slay News reports that the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention discovered evidence that Covid mRNA shots were causing deaths but chose to cover up the information to keep it hidden from the public, bombshell internal documents have revealed.

CDC officials found conclusive evidence in 2021 that the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna COVID-19 mRNA injections had caused multiple deaths.

Rather than releasing the information and raising the alarm, officials swept the evidence under the rug and publicly claimed that there was no evidence linking the injections to any deaths.

Leaked internal documents show that the CDC investigated soaring numbers of deaths that were reported among those who had received the shots in 2021.

By the end of that year, they had enough evidence to prove that the Covid shots were killing people.

Despite the shocking discovery, CDC officials have continued to claim that there’s no evidence linking the injections to post-vaccination deaths.

During their investigations, CDC officials tracked down information on reported post-vaccination deaths. They learned that myocarditis was listed on death certificates and in autopsies for some of the deaths, according to an internal file obtained by The Epoch Times.

Myocarditis is a heart inflammation that causes cardiac arrest, strokes, blood clots, and sudden death.

It is a confirmed side effect of the vaccines.

Myocarditis was also described as being caused by vaccination in a subset of the deaths.

In other cases, the CDC workers found that deaths met the agency’s definition of myocarditis and that the patients started showing symptoms within 42 days of a vaccine dose.

They also noted that the deceased displayed no virus-related symptoms, proving that the heart inflammation wasn’t caused by COVID-19 itself.

The fact that this has been covered up and the injections are still being promoted today, proves that the CDC is a criminal entity masquerading as a public health agency.

The FDA is also culpable, along with every government official who had access to this information and still promoted the shots.

What we’re really dealing with here is a so-called vaccine that’s been weaponized. A bioweapon.

It is my belief that this bioweapon will at some point end up being the story of the century, comparable to the Holocaust in the scope of evil and the breadth of participation in that evil.
