God will push His church to take the gospel and the Scriptures out to the ends of the earth—by one means or another, and whether it makes us comfortable and happy or not!

We learned that point from the teaching of Dr. John Whitcomb on last week’s broadcast here on “Encounter God’s Truth”—a presentation of Whitcomb Ministries, proclaiming boldly that God’s Word is true from the beginning to the end.

We pick up today in the middle of Acts 8, where we are starting to understand how God worked through a layman and deacon named Philip, who would take the gospel to Samaria—breaking new ground for the early church.
