Good evening and welcome to the Worldview Report.

Slay News reports that the United Nations is planning to introduce a global digital ID system that is linked to people’s digital bank accounts.

The plan, which is similar to the system developed and promoted by the World Economic Forum, is outlined in three new policy briefs issued in May by the UN titled, “A Global Digital Compact, Reforms to the International Financial Architecture, and The Future of Outer Space Governance.”

The goal of the briefs is to advance UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres’s “vision for the future.”

Officially titled “Our Common Agenda,” Guterres’ “vision” is reportedly expected to be given the green light in September 2024 during a U.N. event dubbed, “The Summit for the Future.”

The report states:

“Digital IDs linked with bank or mobile money accounts can improve the delivery of social protection coverage and serve to better reach eligible beneficiaries. Digital technologies may help to reduce leakage, errors and costs in the design of social protection programmes.”

Not unlike their unofficial counterparts over at the WEF, the UN also speaks about basically regulating the global digital future.

The global body uses phrases such as “international cooperation” and “many stakeholders” who will “advance principles, objectives, and actions” to describe this globalist agenda.

The UN describes this goal as “an open, free, secure and human-centered digital future.”

The digital future as envisaged by these groups is going to be quite the opposite of open, free, or human-centric, however.

As far as the UN’s “vision” for a future global financial system, it is supposed to be harmonized with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

It would be governed by something called “the apex b.”

The key actors here would be the UN chief, as well as the Group of 20, the Economic and Social Council, and “heads of international financial institutions.”

Within this, the UN sees “visions” of “a Global Digital Compact” that would form the financial underpinnings of a one-world system long envisioned by the UN’s globalist founders and backers.

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has announced they are working on a new global central bank digital currency (CBDC), to ultimately transition away from the paper cash system in what they are referring to as “a new vision.”

At a conference in Rabat, Morocco on Monday, officials at the IMF said they want central banks to reach an agreement for a common regulatory framework for cross-border CBDC payments, unlocking digital interoperability. If not established, the group believes that this will create a void taken over by decentralized cryptocurrencies.

In a written speech published after she engaged in a panel discussion, IMF chief Kristalina Georgieva explained that their conversations stemmed from the implementation of CBDCs, and the IMF’s broader initiative they call the “High-level Policy Roundtable on Central Bank Digital Currencies: The Role of the Public Sector in Money and Payments – A New Vision.”

According to her, the panel “agreed on the need to continue dialogue on CBDCs and to gather and share knowledge and information for the benefit of our member countries in Africa, the Middle East, and beyond.”

Biometric Update reports that a proposed class action lawsuit (2:23-cv-00852) has been filed in the Western District Court of Washington state in which three named plaintiffs claim their privacy rights were violated when visiting New York City stores that used Amazon’s One Palm biometric scanners.

Biometric authentication as a method of payment at Amazon’s Go stores was introduced in New York City in 2019. The scanners have since been added to other stores owned by Amazon. Amazon allegedly uses a person’s size and shape to identify them in the stores.

Each plaintiff alleges that Amazon is violating a 2021 city law by scanning palms without first posting required notices. That year, Starbucks went into business with Amazon in the first of multiple Starbucks-Go stores.

In court documents, the plaintiffs charge that Starbucks “sells, trades and shares customers’ biometric identifier information with Amazon in exchange for various things of value, and otherwise profits” from the deal.

Specifically, the defendants are charged with “collecting, retaining, storing, converting, using, sharing and profiting” from hand geometries in violation of New York City’s Biometric Identifier Information Law (BII Law).

The defendants were obligated by the law to post caution signs on entry doors, but reportedly failed to do so.

According to court documents, the plaintiffs wrote to Amazon complaining about the alleged violations. One plaintiff also wrote to Starbucks but received no reply.

Russia has warned the U.S. and Britain they will be seen as “full-fledged” participants in the war in Ukraine if Storm Shadow and HIMARS missiles are used by Ukraine to hit targets inside Russia or Crimea.

The Daily Mail reports that Vladimir Putin’s defense minister warned he will target “decision-making centers” in Ukraine - implying he plans to order his military to target President Zelensky and other top government officials in Kiev.

Russia’s defense minister said: “According to our information, the leadership of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is planning to launch strikes on the territory of the Russian Federation, including Crimea, with HIMARS and Storm Shadow missiles. The use of these missiles outside the area of the special military operation would mean a full-fledged involvement of the US and UK in the conflict entailing immediate strikes on the decision-making centers in Ukraine.”

Meanwhile, Lt. General Ben Hodges, a recently retired four-star general who commanded all of the U.S. troops in Europe, came out and said the goal for Ukraine in its counter-offensive should be to “retake Crimea” from the Russians.

This comment by Hodges has been characterized as an extreme provocation by several other military analysts such as Col. Douglas MacGregor, former CIA contractor Larry Johnson, and former British diplomat Alastair Crooke.

Russia considers Crimea to be part of Russia while the West considers it part of Ukraine. A study of history shows Crimea has a complex history with Russia dating at least to the late 18th and early 19th centuries. Russian Tsarina Catherine the Great annexed Crimea in 1783, a decade after defeating the forces of the Ottoman Empire in a major battle.

Western propaganda mouthpieces such as the UK-based Daily Mail, skip over this history and simply report that “Putin forcibly annexed the Black Sea peninsula in 2014.” They refer to this peninsula as simply “Russian-occupied Crimea.”

The bottom line is that any attack on Crimea will be taken by the Russians as an existential threat that requires extreme retaliatory measures, likely leading to full-blown war between the U.S. and Russia.

The Epoch Times reports that Ukrainian President Zelenskyy, in a recent interview with NBC News, criticized comments from three U.S. presidential candidates who are not on board with writing continued blank checks to Ukraine’s war effort against Russia.

The ones he is worried about are Republican candidates Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis and Democrat Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Zelenskyy joined NBC to talk about Ukraine’s ongoing counteroffensive and his requests for additional weapons and aircraft for Ukrainian forces. During the interview, NBC correspondent Richard Engel asked Zelenskyy to respond to DeSantis’s characterization of the Ukraine-Russia conflict as a “territorial dispute” and fellow Republican candidate Donald Trump’s vow to quickly end the conflict and sue for peace between the two countries.

Zelenskyy responded with the following quote:

“If any candidate thinks supporting Ukraine is too costly, are they ready to go to war? Are they ready to fight? Send their children? Die? They will have to do it anyway if NATO enters this war, and if Ukraine fails and Russia occupies us, they will move on to the Baltics or Poland or some other NATO country. And then the U.S. will have to choose between keeping NATO or entering the war.”

Zelenskyy said Ukraine continuing to fight is to the benefit of NATO nations like the United States, adding:

“I wonder if those candidates realize the price Ukraine is paying in this war.”

Engel asked Zelenskyy whether he was worried if certain candidates winning the 2024 U.S. presidential election raised concerns for Ukraine.

Zelensky replied:

“The American people will choose the most worthy president and we will support this choice. And that’s normal and fair. Of course some statements from representatives of specific groups and politicians calling for diminished support of Ukraine, yes that does worry us. I think that’s a big risk for Ukraine. It’s not the person at the top, it’s the change of policy we want to avoid. I believe that won’t happen.”

Rather than continuing to arm and fund Ukraine’s military, Trump and DeSantis have both called for a peaceful end to hostilities.

Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has also called for negotiations that aim for a peaceful resolution to the war in Ukraine.

He collected a career-high nine sacks during the 2005 season and sacked Seattle’s Matt Hasselbeck on the opening drive of Super Bowl XL, a 21-10 Steelers triumph.

Haggans later played for the Cardinals and 49ers, again making the Super Bowl as a member of the San Francisco team that won the NFC title in 2012.

He was a standout at Colorado State University, where he would later be inducted into the program’s Hall of Fame.

The Gateway Pundit reports that the mainstream media largely ignores the crisis at the southern border for political reasons.

Mike LeChance writes:

“Simply put, they don’t want to make Biden look bad and they agree with the idea of flooding the country with people who they expect to vote Democrat. But there is another major issue tied to the southern border and that is national security.”

America’s enemies see in the open border an area of weakness and it would be foolishly naïve to think they aren’t exploiting that weakness.

In May, the Border Patrol set a record for encounters with terrorism suspects.

The Washington Times reports that Border Patrol set record with 29 terrorism suspects encountered in May.

They encountered 29 terrorism suspects along the southern border in May, setting a new single-month record even as the government said the overall pace of illegal border crossings dipped.

Customs and Border Protection, which oversees the Border Patrol, said agents have now nabbed 125 people at the southern border whose names are flagged in the terrorist watchlist since the start of the fiscal year in October.

The Washington Times reports that even with four months to go in this fiscal year, that number still shatters the previous record set under President Biden last year, when agents encountered 98.

The new numbers were released as part of a broader set of data suggesting major shifts in illegal immigration since the end of the Title 42 pandemic border policy on May 11 and the return to normal enforcement of immigration law under what is known as Title 8.

Nationwide, CBP reported 273,141 unauthorized migrants caught entering in May, which was down by about 2,000 compared to April. That includes both people who showed up at ports of entry without an entry visa, and migrants caught trying to sneak in between the ports.

Touted as being the best-selling newspaper in Germany, Bild recently revealed they plan to replace some of their staff on the editorial board with artificial intelligence instead, in order to cut costs as the company plans to go fully digital within the next several years.

The tabloid publication owned by publishing powerhouse Axel Springer, alerted staff on Monday that they would reluctantly be making cuts as they outlet transitions away from physical print papers, The Telegraph reports, as readership has been on decline as well.

The message, obtained by German paper Frankfurter Allgemeine, read as follows:

“Unfortunately part ways with colleagues whose jobs will be replaced by AI and/or automated processes in the digital world, or who do not find themselves in this new line-up with their current skills. Roles such as editors, print production journalists, proofreaders, photo editors and assistants will no longer exist like they do today.”

It remains unclear exactly how many jobs will be cut, it is believed to be in the ballpark of at least several hundred at this time.

CEO Mathias Döpfner stated in February that AI tools such as ChatGPT could “make independent journalism better than it ever was – or replace it”, adding that AI would soon be better at the “aggregation of information” than physical journalists and stated that only publishers who created “the best original content,” The Guardian reported.

Time now for our Worldview Report commentary.

Get ready for a second massive wave of propaganda pushing the “benefits” of jabbing every cow, sheep and pig being raised for human meat consumption with mRNA vaccines.

Meat & Livestock Australia, or MLA, an association representing ranchers in Australia, announced last month they have funded a task force to create and set up trials for new mRNA vaccines that can be quickly produced on a large scale in the event there is an outbreak of lumpy skin disease or other disease like foot & mouth disease among livestock herds.

MLA Program Manager for Animal Wellbeing, Michael Laurence, explained what the project entails and how it will be delivered; explaining how early vaccine designs have already been produced in a matter of months, a much faster turn-around time compared to conventional methods.

He also indicates that, moving forward, mRNA-based vaccines are the “wave of the future” and will definitely phase-out the traditional inoculations.

This project will develop a mRNA vaccine pipeline initially for lumpy skin disease, but potentially for other emergency diseases.

He said this will enable capacity for rapid mass production of a vaccine for lumpy skin disease in the event of an outbreak.

Laurence stated that the success of this project might provide a pilot vaccine suitable for use in Australia in less than two years, adding:

“The larger program unites a network of expertise to bring the advantages of next-generation vaccine technologies to the livestock industries and potentially provide a game-changing solution to enhance biosecurity in Australia.”

But Spectator Australia expressed concerns that this vaccine rollout will result in cattle herds suddenly dropping dead, similarly to how it has been reported and documented among people who have received a Covid mRNA vaccine in the last several years.

The U.S. Cattlemen’s Association weighed in on the issue with a news release that stated:

“Currently, there are no mRNA vaccines licensed for beef cattle in the U.S. Since little is known about the technology, our organization will be forming a task force to develop a fact- and science-based assessment of the issue. We invite all members of the beef supply chain to participate in these discussions and look forward to identifying ways through legislation, regulation, or voluntary measures to increase transparency in the development and application of livestock vaccines and other gene therapies.”

If the depopulationists wish to take their plan to the next level, why not infect the meat supply with the same poisons that at least 25 percent of the world’s population refused to have injected directly into their bodies?

If people care about what they put into their bodies, whether it’s through a needle or through the food supply, the time to mount a revolt is now.

That does it for this edition of the Worldview Report. Thanks for tuning in, and for supporting this viewer-supported broadcast…

Until next time, I’m Brannon Howse. Take care.
