Join us on Mission 18-04 of "It's NOT Rocket Science with Jason Pratt" as we explore Christophany! This should be an encouraging episode for men and fathers who should strive to be the spiritual leaders in their homes through regular reading of Scripture and prayer. These are two simple yet extremely profound things all Christian men should pursue in leading their families. After getting snowed in and missing church service last I lead my family in a Bible study of Christophanies found in the Old Testament. What is a Christophany and is it significant? We'll commence this mission at the launch pad of Genesis 16:7-12 where we read about the first Christophany. We'll discuss this further with the second similar event found in Genesis 18 and discuss these first two of over 20 such events found in the Old Testament. We'll also look at one of the earliest true experimental scientists and one who is claimed by both Roman Catholics and Protestants, Leonardo Da Vinci.
